This is the internet, and sometimes things get messed up. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order at anytime for any reason if we determine that the technologies underlying our online store led to a mistaken offer, advertisement, or claim that we cannot fulfill. Rest assured, we will be in direct communication with you should this be the case.
We guarantee your total satisfaction and offer a world-class return policy. New, unused gear can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price. Used gear returns are not accepted. A return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product. Please contact customer service at 530-582-0909
New, unused gear must be returned in the condition you received it and with the original box and/or packaging, including manufacturer tags where applicable.
We will not accept the return of products damaged due to negligence or abuse.
For online purchases that customers wish to return, refunds will only be issued via PayPal or Store Credit (to be used in our brick and mortar store) with a 15% restocking fee. Furthermore, the customer will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return of an online purchase. Returns must be initiated with 7 days of purchase. Additional charges may be incurred if product is returned used or damaged.
We ship our packages via UPS Ground or the U.S. Postal Service with shipping insurance. Adult signatures will be required upon delivery.
We do not ship to third party shipping carriers.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICIES
Please be assured that your items will ship out within three business days of purchase. We ship using United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground. Sorry, but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO Boxes or 3rd party shipping companies.
If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:
- Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
- UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding
SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS:
We only ship within the US excluding Alaska and Hawaii. For our neighbors to the North in Canada, please call our store for shipping quotes. If you are in the Tahoe area, you can come pick up your items in store. We ship using a flat-rate structure:
- Adult Bikes – $150
- Kids’ Bikes – $100
- Skis, Splitboards, and Snowboards – $30
- Everything else – FREE
